Microsoft 365 Business Basic or above covers everything. That gives you SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Outlook and the underlying services our web parts call. No additional Microsoft licences are required beyond your standard Microsoft 365 subscription.

Yes. The Complete Bundle licence includes all 18 web parts, but you control which ones are enabled and visible to site owners. Many customers enable them in waves over the first few months to avoid overwhelming the user base.

Yes. Every web part in the Complete Bundle works on SharePoint hub sites, team sites, communication sites and Viva Connections home sites. Important Message and Page Read run tenant-wide, so they appear everywhere automatically.

Yes. We prorate the difference based on months remaining on your Starter Bundle licence. No reinstall needed - the additional 13 SharePoint web parts are activated on your existing tenant deployment.

All web parts run entirely within your Microsoft 365 tenant and respect the permissions of the signed-in user via Entra ID (Azure AD). No data leaves your tenant, no external services are called. Security documentation is available on request for your IT governance review, including Graph API permissions used by each web part.
