It runs as the signed-in person, so nobody can see anyone else’s meetings.
Where your data goes
Calendar data is read in the browser and never stored or sent to us.
To check your licence, the web part sends your tenant ID to our licensing service, hosted in Microsoft Azure UK South. No user content or personal data is included.

What’s included in the price?
A licence for your whole tenant, updates, fixes for SharePoint and Graph API changes, and email support during UK business hours. There is no setup fee.
Can people see each other’s calendars?
No. Everyone sees only their own meetings, read live from their own Outlook calendar.
What does privacy mode do?
It blurs meeting details on screen until the person chooses Show - useful when presenting or sharing a screen.
Is it in a bundle?
Yes, My Calendar is included in the Complete Bundle with all 18 web parts. It isn’t part of the Starter Bundle.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Email us with your organisation’s details and size and we’ll send a quote and invoice.
