How does the Stripe checkout work?

How is this different from the MyApps app?

MyApps (included in the Complete bundle) pulls per-user app assignments automatically from Microsoft MyApps. Use App Launcher for a company-wide toolbox, MyApps for personalised access. They work well side by side.

Can different departments see different apps?

Yes. Deploy App Launcher to different sites with separate SharePoint lists as the data source - so HR's hub shows HR tools, Finance's hub shows Finance tools. Alternatively, use audience targeting on the SharePoint page section to show different instances to different security groups on the same page.

Is there a limit on the number of apps?

No hard limit. Search and category filtering mean directories with 100+ apps stay usable. For very large directories, good category structure becomes especially important.

Who can update the app list?
