Where your data goes
Your app list and each person's personalised choices are stored inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant and never sent to us.
To check your licence, the web part sends your tenant ID to our licensing service, hosted in Microsoft Azure UK South. No user content or personal data is included.

What’s included in the price?

Your intranet team sets the tiles, icons, colours and order centrally, so every page shows the same up-to-date links.
Can people choose their own apps?
Yes. The Personalise button lets each person tailor their own set of tiles without affecting anyone else.
How does the free trial work?
The trial runs for 30 days on Microsoft Marketplace and covers the Starter Bundle, so you can try App Launcher alongside four other web parts. If you don’t buy a licence, the web parts stop working after a short grace period.

Yes. Email us with your organisation’s details and size and we’ll send a quote and invoice.
