All our web parts are built on SPFx (SharePoint Framework), Microsoft's modern, supported SharePoint development framework. They run in the user's browser, use current web technologies and are fully supported by Microsoft going forward. No legacy add-ins, no classic workarounds, no technical debt.

Microsoft 365 Business Basic or above covers everything. That gives you SharePoint Online, Entra ID (Azure AD) and the underlying services our web parts call. No additional Microsoft licences are required. Some optional integrations, such as PowerApps embeds, may need Power Platform licensing.

Yes, web parts can be purchased individually. That said, the Starter (5 web parts) and Complete (all 18) bundles tend to offer significantly greater value than buying piece by piece, and they keep things simple as your intranet grows. If you only need one or two web parts, get in touch and we will quote them individually.

Installation is handled by your own SharePoint or Microsoft 365 administrator using the step-by-step user guides we provide. The web parts are uploaded to your tenant app catalogue and configured to your branding, typically in well under a day. If you would prefer us to handle the install for you, we can offer a managed install service - just reach out before purchase so we can include it.

Yes. The annual licence includes updates, compatibility patches for Microsoft SharePoint and Graph API changes, and email support. Many customers also take a retained support package for ongoing intranet improvements, custom SharePoint web part development and Microsoft 365 strategy.

Yes. The 18 web parts are configurable out of the box, with branding, content sources and layout options exposed as settings. For deeper customisation, bespoke variants or entirely new custom SharePoint web parts, we offer SPFx development as part of a retained support package.

Yes. All our web parts are designed for modern SharePoint and are compatible with Viva Connections home sites, communication sites and team sites. They work inside modern pages and respect the SharePoint site navigation, theming and responsive layout.

Yes. All web parts run inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant and respect the permissions of the signed-in user via Entra ID (Azure AD). No data leaves your tenant. We can provide documentation for your security team on request, including Graph API permissions used by each web part.
