Permissions
Search uses SharePoint Search as the signed-in person and needs no extra Microsoft Graph access. Suggestions and results only include content they can already open.
Where your data goes
Search terms go only to SharePoint in your own tenant. Recent searches are kept in the person’s browser and never sent to us.
To check your licence, the web part sends your tenant ID to our licensing service, hosted in Microsoft Azure UK South. No user content or personal data is included.
How it’s deployed
A standard SPFx package, uploaded by your admin to your own tenant app catalogue. It runs inside SharePoint like any Microsoft web part, and you can remove it at any time.

What’s included in the price?
A licence for your whole tenant, updates, fixes for SharePoint changes, and email support during UK business hours. There is no setup fee.
Where do the results show?
On the results page you choose - a SharePoint search results page, Microsoft Search, or any page that reads the query from the URL. Leave it blank to use the standard SharePoint search page.
How is this different from Unified Search?
Search is a search bar that sends people to your results page. Unified Search is our premium product: one page covering files, mail, calendar, people, sites and policies, with pinned answers and refiners.
Is it in a bundle?
Yes, Search is included in the Complete Bundle with all 18 web parts. It isn’t part of the Starter Bundle.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Email us with your organisation’s details and size and we’ll send a quote and invoice.
