Permissions
Rate my Day runs with each signed-in person’s own SharePoint permissions and needs no extra Microsoft Graph access. It reads and writes only its own response list.
Where your data goes
Responses are stored in a SharePoint list in your own tenant and never sent to us. Results are shown as totals and averages, not individual answers.
To check your licence, the web part sends your tenant ID to our licensing service, hosted in Microsoft Azure UK South. No user content or personal data is included.
How it’s deployed
A standard SPFx package, uploaded by your admin to your own tenant app catalogue. It runs inside SharePoint like any Microsoft web part, and you can remove it at any time.

What’s included in the price?
A licence for your whole tenant, updates, fixes for SharePoint changes, and email support during UK business hours. There is no setup fee.
Where are responses stored?
In a SharePoint list in your own tenant. The web part can create it for you the first time it runs, or you can point it at a list you name.
Can managers see individual answers?
The web part shows totals and averages only. Access to the underlying list follows your normal SharePoint permissions, so you decide who can see it.
Can we change the question or scale?
Yes. Choose 3, 4 or 5 options, faces or stars, and set your own labels in the property pane.
Is it in a bundle?
Yes, Rate my Day is included in the Complete Bundle with all 18 web parts. It isn’t part of the Starter Bundle.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Email us with your organisation’s details and size and we’ll send a quote and invoice.
