The problem

Internal vacancies get lost in emails and a careers site built for outside candidates. Good people leave because they never saw the role, and short projects and secondments are never advertised at all.

The solution

Job Listings puts every internal opportunity on the intranet, from permanent roles to two-hour-a-month projects. People filter by type, save roles and apply in a few clicks, and recruiters see views, applicants and a pipeline in one place.

Try it · every option

See it from both sides

Search, save and apply for a role as an employee, then switch to the recruiter view and move applicants through the pipeline. Try the List and Widget layouts on the left.

Sample roles and people. On your site, listings and applications live in your own Microsoft 365 tenant.

Security and permissions

Everything your admin needs to approve the install.

Permissions requested

Microsoft Graph permissions, approved once by your admin in the SharePoint admin centre:

  • User.Read.All (delegated) to show hiring managers and applicant profiles

Listings and applications are stored in SharePoint lists, and every request runs as the signed-in person, so people only ever see what they can already access.

Where your data goes

Job Listings content stays inside your Microsoft 365 tenant and is never sent to us. To check your licence, the web part sends your tenant ID to our licensing service, hosted in Microsoft Azure UK South. No user content or personal data is included.

How it’s deployed

A standard SPFx package, uploaded by your admin to your own tenant app catalogue. It runs inside SharePoint like any Microsoft web part, and you can remove it at any time.

Questions about Job Listings

Where are listings and applications stored?

In SharePoint lists inside your Microsoft 365 tenant, so nothing leaves your organisation.

Can people apply without their manager knowing?

Yes, if you turn on confidential applications. The application is hidden from their manager until they are invited to interview.

Does it replace our applicant tracking system?

It is built for internal moves. For external hiring, keep your existing system and use Job Listings for internal roles, secondments and gigs.

Is it accessible?

Yes. Job Listings is WCAG 2.2 AA compliant. Search, filters, saving and applying all work with the keyboard and screen readers, and focus stays inside the role window while it is open.

Can we show roles on the home page?

Yes. The widget layout shows the roles closing soonest, with a link to the full careers page.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. Email us with your organisation’s details and size, and we’ll send a quote and invoice.
