Permissions requested
Read-only access, approved once by your admin in the SharePoint admin centre:
- User.Read.All (delegated) to read names, titles, managers, departments and photos
It runs as the signed-in person, so it only shows directory details they can already see.
Where your data goes
Directory data is read in the browser and never stored or sent to us.
To check your licence, the web part sends your tenant ID to our licensing service, hosted in Microsoft Azure UK South. No user content or personal data is included.
How it’s deployed
A standard SPFx package, uploaded by your admin to your own tenant app catalogue. It runs inside SharePoint like any Microsoft web part, and you can remove it at any time.

What’s included in the price?
A licence for your whole tenant, updates, fixes for SharePoint and Graph API changes, and email support during UK business hours. There is no setup fee.
Where does the reporting structure come from?
The manager field in your Microsoft 365 directory (Entra ID). If managers are set there, the chart builds itself and updates whenever they change.
Can we start the chart from one department?
Yes. Choose any person as the top of the chart in the property pane, and people can also set a new starting point from any profile card.
Is it in a bundle?
Yes, Org Chart is included in the Complete Bundle with all 18 web parts. It isn’t part of the Starter Bundle.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Email us with your organisation’s details and size and we’ll send a quote and invoice.
How is it installed?
