My Apps row of app tiles - Apollo, Bookings, Calendar, Excel, Forms, HubSpot, Lists, OneDrive, Outlook and more - with search, Manage and favourite stars
The problem

App launchers go stale because someone has to maintain the tile list - and no two people need the same apps anyway.

The solution

MyApps pulls each person’s own apps straight from Microsoft Entra into SharePoint - personal to everyone, with no tiles to manage.

See it in action

Every app, one click away

Show it as a row across the page or a grid in a side column. Everyone sees their own apps, and can search, favourite and reorder them.

MyApps or App Launcher - which one do you need?

They solve different problems. Our App Launcher shows a curated set of tiles you define - the same links for everyone, perfect for company-wide systems. The SharePoint MyApps web part is the self-maintaining alternative: it reads each person’s assigned applications from Microsoft Entra, so a finance user sees finance apps and a field engineer sees theirs, with nothing for IT to update when access changes. Many customers run both - App Launcher for the core toolkit, MyApps for everything personal.

Security and permissions

Everything your admin needs to approve the install.

Permissions requested

Read-only Microsoft Graph access, approved once by your admin in the SharePoint admin centre, to read the signed-in person’s own assigned applications.

It runs as the signed-in person, so people only ever see their own apps.

Where your data goes

App lists are read in the browser and never sent to us. Favourites and order are saved for each person inside your tenant.

To check your licence, the web part sends your tenant ID to our licensing service, hosted in Microsoft Azure UK South. No user content or personal data is included.

How it’s deployed

A standard SPFx package, uploaded by your admin to your own tenant app catalogue. It runs inside SharePoint like any Microsoft web part, and you can remove it at any time.
