Scrolling Notice runs with each signed-in person’s own SharePoint permissions and needs no extra Microsoft Graph access.
Where your data goes
Notices are stored inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant and never sent to us.
To check your licence, the web part sends your tenant ID to our licensing service, hosted in Microsoft Azure UK South. No user content or personal data is included.

Use Scrolling Notice for routine updates people should see but don’t need to act on. Use Important Message for urgent alerts that must appear on every page or be acknowledged.
Is it in a bundle?
Yes, Scrolling Notice is included in the Complete Bundle with all 18 web parts. It isn’t part of the Starter Bundle.
