Global teams spend their day asking “what time is it there?” Calls land at 7am for colleagues in New York or late at night in Singapore, and daylight saving catches everyone out twice a year.
World Clock shows the live time in every office on your intranet, with day and night at a glance. Find a time lays every location out hour by hour, so you can see where working hours overlap and book the meeting in Teams.
Pick a layout on the left, as you would in the web part’s property pane. Add or remove locations, drag the slider in List to compare times, and choose an hour in Find a time.
Clocks are live, using your device’s time and each location’s own time zone. On your site, choose your own offices.
Digital cards, analogue clocks, a compact list for the home page, or the Find a time planner.
Every location hour by hour, shaded for working hours, early or late, and night, with the shared hours called out.
Cards turn dark when it’s night in that office, so you know who is likely to be offline.
Each location uses its own time zone, so clocks change on the right date wherever the office is.
The planner works with the arrow keys, times are read out to screen readers, and day and night are shown in words as well as colour.
Drag the slider to see what time it will be everywhere later today, then jump back to live.
Pick an hour and open a Teams meeting, or copy the times for every location into a chat or email.
Set the working day used to shade the planner, such as 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00.
Every clock shows today or tomorrow and how many hours ahead or behind you it is, in a 24-hour or 12-hour clock.
