SharePoint Web Parts for Microsoft 365 Intranets

All our web parts are built on SPFx (SharePoint Framework), Microsoft's modern, supported SharePoint development framework. They run in the user's browser, use current web technologies and are fully supported by Microsoft going forward. No legacy add-ins, no classic workarounds, no technical debt.

Microsoft 365 Business Basic or above covers everything. That gives you SharePoint Online, Entra ID (Azure AD) and the underlying services our web parts call. No additional Microsoft licences are required. Some optional integrations, such as Power Apps embeds, may need Power Platform licensing.

The web parts are sold as bundles: Starter (5 web parts) or Complete (all 18). Bundle pricing is better value than per-web-part pricing and it keeps things simple as your intranet grows. If you have a very specific requirement, get in touch and we will advise.

Typically one day. We install the web parts into your SharePoint tenant app catalogue, configure them to your branding, and run a walkthrough with your intranet team. Your site owners can then start adding them to pages immediately.

Yes. The annual licence includes updates, compatibility patches for Microsoft SharePoint and Graph API changes, and email support. Many customers also take a retained support package for ongoing intranet improvements, custom SharePoint web part development and Microsoft 365 strategy.

Yes. The 18 web parts are configurable out of the box, with branding, content sources and layout options exposed as settings. For deeper customisation, bespoke variants or entirely new custom SharePoint web parts, we offer SPFx development as part of a retained support package.

Yes. All our web parts are designed for modern SharePoint and are compatible with Viva Connections home sites, communication sites and team sites. They work inside modern pages and respect the SharePoint site navigation, theming and responsive layout.

Yes. All web parts run inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant and respect the permissions of the signed-in user via Entra ID (Azure AD). No data leaves your tenant. We can provide documentation for your security team on request, including Graph API permissions used by each web part.

Yes. Registered UK charities and non-profits receive a discount on both Starter and Complete bundles. Speak to us when you book a call and we will apply the discount.

They're often used interchangeably. Technically, "web part" refers to a component you add to a SharePoint page (like our 18 web parts), while "app" is the broader Microsoft term covering SPFx packages, add-ins and Teams apps. All our web parts are deployed via your SharePoint app catalogue, which is why you'll sometimes see them called SharePoint apps.
