What's included for £249 a year?

The Countdown web part for your SharePoint Online tenant, all six display styles and three layout sizes, both count-down and count-up modes, step-by-step admin install guides, your licence key, email support during business hours, and ongoing licence renewal each year. How does the Stripe checkout work?

Can it count up as well as down?

Yes. Countdown runs in either direction. Count down to a future date for launches, deadlines and events, or count up from a past date for "days since" milestones like incident-free days, days since go-live, or an anniversary.

What happens when the countdown reaches zero?

You choose. At zero, Countdown can show a message you've set, switch to counting up from zero, or show a message and stay in place. That means a launch timer can roll straight into a celebration, and a deadline can flip to "we're live" without anyone editing the page.

Will it match our intranet branding?

By default it inherits your SharePoint site theme, so it looks at home straight away. If you need an exact brand match, override the primary and accent colours and choose from solid (with a custom hex code), gradient, mesh, glass or image backgrounds.

Do we need a licence key?

Yes. Until a licence key is applied, Countdown displays a small trial notice. Your install pack includes the key and instructions for adding it - once applied, the trial notice disappears and the licence covers your tenant for the year.

Will it break on a narrow column?

No. Countdown has three layout sizes - thin, regular and wide - and a built-in space advisory that prompts for a wider column when your chosen layout needs more room. The timer is designed never to render broken or truncated, whatever section you drop it into.
