App Launcher runs with each signed-in person's own SharePoint permissions and needs no extra Microsoft Graph access.
Where your data goes
Your app list and each person's personalised choices are stored inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant and never sent to us.
To check your licence, the web part sends your tenant ID to our licensing service, hosted in Microsoft Azure UK South. No user content or personal data is included.
How it’s deployed

What’s included in the price?
A licence for your whole tenant, updates, fixes for SharePoint changes, and email support during UK business hours. There is no setup fee.
Who manages the list of apps?
Your intranet team sets the cards, icons, colour and order centrally, so every page shows the same up-to-date links.
Which icons can we use, and can we match our brand?
Pick any icon from the Microsoft Fluent UI library, the same set used across Microsoft 365. Set the icon background to your brand colour using any hex value, and add an optional one-line description to each card.
Can people choose their own apps?
Yes. The Personalise button lets each person tailor their own set of cards without affecting anyone else.
How does the free trial work?
The trial runs for 30 days on Microsoft Marketplace and covers the Starter Bundle, so you can try App Launcher alongside four other web parts. If you don’t buy a licence, the web parts stop working after a short grace period.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Email us with your organisation’s details and size and we’ll send a quote and invoice.
