Everything people need to know about each office, in one place: whether it’s open right now, how to get there, what facilities it has, who to contact and what to do in an emergency.

Office details are scattered across welcome packs, old pages and reception’s inbox. People turn up to closed buildings, can’t find the bike store, and don’t know who to call when something goes wrong.
Offices gives every location one up-to-date page: open now in local time, closures, opening hours, transport, facilities and floors, the people to contact, and safety information, with directions one click away.
Switch between offices with the tabs or arrow keys, then try the All offices and Card layouts on the left. Open now and local time are live for each office’s time zone.
Sample offices and people. On your site, add your own offices, photos, hours and contacts.
Each office shows whether it’s open, when it closes or opens next, and its local time, worked out in its own time zone.
Add a notice for maintenance or bank holidays, and the opening hours update to match.
Trains, buses, cycling and parking, with View on map and Get directions links.
Step-free access, showers, prayer and wellbeing rooms, a floor guide and guest Wi-Fi.
Office tabs work with the arrow keys, open status is shown in words as well as colour, and every phone number and email is a real link.
Office manager, reception, facilities and IT on site, with Teams chat, email and call buttons.
A 24-hour security number you can tap to call, the assembly point and fire alarm test times.
A photo for every office, so visitors and new starters know what they’re looking for.
