Countdown in flip card style: Our launch is almost here, 59 days, 4 hours, 4 minutes, with a Find out more button
The problem

Big dates get announced once in a news post, then forgotten. Registrations come in late and deadlines sneak up on people.

The solution

Countdown puts a live timer on the homepage, so everyone can see exactly how long is left - with a button to act before time runs out.

See it in action

Big and bold, or slim and subtle

Pick a display style and layout to suit the page, then choose what happens when the clock hits zero.

SharePoint countdown timer FAQs

What’s included in the price?

A licence for your whole tenant, updates, fixes for SharePoint changes, and email support during UK business hours. There is no setup fee.

How is it different from Microsoft’s Countdown Timer?

You get six display styles instead of one, three layouts, and a completion message and link when time’s up - plus UK support and updates.

What happens when the countdown reaches zero?

You choose. Show a completion message such as “We’re live!” with a link, so the page never shows a row of zeros.

Can we have more than one countdown?

Yes. Add as many as you like, on as many pages as you need.

Is it in a bundle?

No. Countdown is a standalone web part, bought on its own.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. Email us with your organisation’s details and size and we’ll send a quote and invoice.

How is it installed?

Your SharePoint admin uploads the package to the tenant app catalogue using our guide - it takes a few minutes. If you’d like us to do it, ask about our managed install before you buy.
